James at TomTom Audio came to my house for a dem about 15 months ago at that time I decided against moving ahead for personal reasons. This wasn't a problem for James who offered to come back when ever the time was right.
15 months on we got in touch James came up again and invested a significant amout of time at my place demoing and listening to various combinations of components.
I must say that I appreciated very much his relaxed knowledgeable style and honesty about what worked and what did not. Order was placed and kit has been delivered and installed with the now customary enthusiasm and professiolism.
Many many thanks to James and TomTom for making my upgrade path and subsequent purchase an interesting and fulfilling journey.

Been a while since I posted here, but I need to sing the praises of James at Tom Tom.
I found myself in sudden need of an amp for a week or so, and called James to see what he had in stock.
To cut a long story short, he has given me a Nait that is virtually fresh out of the box, at no charge, to tide me over.
I am not a previous customer, so feel even more that this level of service deserves to be praised. A very friendly and helpful man, he even came out to meet me at the train station to hand it over.
If you are looking for a dealer, then I would recommend him totally.
Thanks James, and I hope this thread might bring a few new customers who you actually make some money from...
...and a little update - I returned the amp to James today, and without even checking it, he refused to take any kind of 'reward' for the loan. A very nice guy, and one I hope to be able to do proper business with in the future.
