Devore Fidelity Gibbon 9 19/2/2008
I've now spent some time with the new Devore Fidelity Gibbon 9 loudspeaker and just one word comes to mind - Stunning! This is a unique loudspeaker in may ways offering a most natural and unforced presentation whilst at the same time communicating all the drama and tension that a performance has to offer. The fit and finish is second to none offering true furniture levels of quality and our pair in Wild Cherry veneer just has to be seen in the flesh to be believed. This is a very exciting new addition to our range of Naim compatible loudspeakers and it's performance with Naim electronics will leave you speechless. John Devore is a truly gifted designer who approaches each model in a truly holistic fashion. Suffice to say I have never heard an American loudspeaker sound like these and with John's New York Apartment being one of many real life listening rooms in which all of his speakers are developed, they work perfectly in European sized rooms. Do not buy any loudspeaker until you have heard the Gibbon 9's.

Heathrow HiFi Show
Thanks for everyone who visited the Tom Tom room at the recent Heathrow Hi Fi show. We all had a great time and the room was well attended and always buzzing (not literally!) The new Kudos C30 prototype loudspeaker certainly impressed and I hope to have this model on demo by the end of the year. It will definitely be worth the wait so if you're about to spend £5000 on a new loudspeaker, don't! We focussed on vinyl this year with decks from Scheu Analog, Avid and the Funk Firm, and it was great to have records spinning for 90% of the time just like the old days. At £1445 for the Scheu Diamond with arm and cartridge no one could believe what incredible value this deck represents. At the higher end the Avid Sequel with new Slide Aro mount and Funk Firm Vector LP 12 were making it very difficult for people to decide which one they preferred. It was great to see such interest in analogue and with supporting roles (sorry!) from the new Tom Tom 'Sub-Frame' isolation platform (see main site for pics) and the economical Music Line rack, there was something of interest for everyone.

Sound & Vision Show September 2007 18/8/2007
Tom Tom Audio will be running one of the Naim rooms at the forthcoming Heathrow show in September. As usual we'll be putting the Tom Tom spin on a Naim system, in more ways than one this year, with a particular emphasis on vinyl. The show is always great fun so make sure you come and say hi.

Cheers,

James
Superb Super Nait 4/8/2007
The Super Nait is here now on dem and it's been worth the wait. Sonically this unit makes a compelling argument as the basis for a serious 2 channel system, but then factor in it's great flexibility and you have a true high end hub product for a home entertainment system.

Come and have a listen.
The Power Hedgehog 12/7/2007
The Power Hedgehog has arrived

The Powerigel (German for hedgehog) developed by Naim's German distributor is the single greatest mains upgrade you will make to your Naim system.

The Powerigel takes mains distribution to a new level and the sonic lift to your whole system is simply staggering.

We have these units in stock so please contact us for more information or to try one

What a Gig! 22/5/2007
I saw Roger Waters performing Dark Side of the Moon at Earls Court last week. Having done a demo between LP and CD with a client using this album a few days before, hearing it live simply re-defined the concept of the A/B comparison. Stunning!
Heathrow Hi Fi Show 2/5/2007
The new range of Kudos loudspeakers are certainly making many friends. We used them at the recent Heathrow show and they went down a storm. The show itself was very successful with a constantly busy room and excellent feedback from our visitors. We also featured the Avid Volvere turntable with new Naim Aro tonearm mount which again won may plaudits. This new mount offers Aro owners a real opportunity to upgrade their vinyl front ends. The heart of the system was the new Naim Supernait integrated amplifier which combined with the Kudos C10 loudspekers makes a truly affordable and compact high end system. All these items are on permanent demonstration so please do not hesitate to get in contact to hear them
